摘要
The thermal behaviour of dppf [dppf = 1,1bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene] and dppfMcl(2) [M = Ni, Pd, Pt] in dry air has been investigated by thermal analysis and the final decomposition products were characterized by Rutherford backscattering spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, Mossbauer spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffractometry. Thermal decomposition mechanisms, the thermal stability as well as the composition and final residues are influenced by the Mcl(2) fragments. The thermal stability decreases in the order dppf > dppf-NiCl2 > dppfPtCl(2) > dppfPdCl(2). The analysis of the RES spectra of the final decomposition products shows that the phosphorus atoms are not lost during the heating, while all the chlorine has evolved as Cl-2 gas. The Mossbauer and X-ray results show the formation of several iron phosphates besides nickel metaphosphate, nickel oxide, metallic Pd and Pt. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
