Analysis of the polymer-antibody-antigen interaction in a capacitive immunosensor by FTIR difference spectroscopy

摘要
The building of successive layers in a capacitive immunosensor has been monitored by FTIR and electrical measurements simultaneously. The detailed analysis of the infrared spectra showed: (1) the interpenetration of the polymer membrane and the biospecies; (2) a change in the conformation of the polymer leading to interaction with the antibodies then antigens, and charge exchange, which explains the unexpected variations in the capacitive signal and (3) the electrical and optical measurements are correlated.
