摘要：

Proteins from cisplatin treated bacterial cells were partially separated by ID polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and analysed by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry; using peptide fingerprinting methods central to proteomics, the band containing the highest levels of platinum was found to contain outer membrane protein A, which may be involved in cisplatin uptake.
