摘要：

This structure determination shows that in the two molybdenum complexes of the title, (I), [Mo(C2F3O2)(C3H5)(C12H8N2)(CO)2], and (II), [MO(C2F3O2)(C4H7)(C12H8N2)(CO)(2)], the phenanthroline ligand is perpendicular to the molybdenum-dicarbonyl plane. This is in contrast to similar molybdenum complexes, where the ligand is in the plane.
