Accurate mutual diffusion and intradiffusion coefficients have been measured for the binary system L-(+)tartaric acid (2-water (1) at 25 degrees C. The collected diffusion coefficients have been combined with osmotic coefficients present in the literature to calculate the velocity correlation coefficients (VCC's). The results have been interpreted in terms of molecular interactions.
