Transport properties of the binary system glucose-water at 25°C.: A velocity correlation study

摘要
Accurate mutual and intradiffusion coefficients have been measured for the binary system glucose (2)-water (1) at 25 degrees C. The collected diffusion coefficients have been combined with activity coefficients present in the literature to calculate the velocity correlation coefficients (VCC). The results have been interpreted in terms of molecular interactions.
