摘要
Centimetric size single crystals of SrCuO2, Sr2CuO3 and Sr14Cu24O41 were grown by a floating zone technique associated with an image furnace. Growth conditions are presented together with data relative to assessment of crystal perfection, carried out by neutron diffraction.
