摘要
We report the fine structure and magneto-optical properties of Au/Co multilayers epitaxially grown on MoS2 substrates at different temperatures and under ultra high-vacuum conditions. The morphology and structural details of the different layers are studied by cross-sectional and plan-view transmission electron microscopy. Despite the presence of some interface roughness, strong perpendicular anisotropy is clearly observed for 0.8 nm thick Co layer.
