Achievement of crack-free BaTiO3 films over 1 μm in thickness via non-repetitive dip-coating

摘要
BaTiO3 coating films were prepared from Ba(CH3COO)(2)Ti(OC3H7i)(4)-H2O-CH3COOH-(C7OH)-O-i solutions containing poly(vinylpyrrolidone) with average molecular weight of 630000. Formation of crack-free BaTiO3 films 1.2 mu m in thickness was successfully achieved via single-step, nonrepetitive dip-coating. The film had relatively dense mocrostructure in SEM scale and transmitted visible light.
