摘要
The synthesis of polymers containing beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) residues on the side chain is described. Several cyclodextrin-poly(vinylamine) with various degrees of substitution were synthesized, using the mono-tosyl derivative of beta-cyclodextrin as reagent. Several factors (reaction time, amounts of the reactants, composition of the solvent) have been studied. A characterization was carried out using D-2 H-1 - H-1 correlation spectroscopy (COSY-TOCSY) and D-2 H-1 - C-13 heteronuclear correlation (HMQC). (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
