摘要：

The presence of mitral regurgitation in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention significantly and rather dramatically decreases survival over 3 years in a graded fashion, especially for patients with ejection fractions <40%. Other means of revascularization should be considered for those with moderate or severe regurgitation.
