摘要：

Thallium perfluorotetraphenylborate, Tl[B(C6F5)(4)], has been prepared by the reaction of thallium ethoxide with [H(OEt2)(2)][B(C6F5)(4)]. Its use in the preparation of [(eta(3)-C3H5)Ni(Me2PC2H4PMe2)][B(C6F5)(4)] is described.
