摘要
The effect of heat treatment on the characteristics of indium tin oxide (ITO) nanoparticles for inkjet printing was investigated. Three samples of ITO nanoparticles were prepared by heating at 300, 600 and 900 degrees C for 1 hour, respectively. Then, ITO inks containing 20 wt% ITO nanoparticles were formulated for inkjet printing and were filtered using 5-mu m-sized filter. As a result, ITO nanoparticles heated at 300 degrees C were uniformly dispersed into an organic solvent. On the contrary, ITO nanoparticles heated at 600 and 900 degrees C were submerged in the organic solvent. Also, when the ITO ink was used, ITO thin films containing nanoparticle heated at 300 degrees C showed a high optical transmittance of over 93 % and a lower resistance of 4.11 x 10(3) Omega.
