Prediction of macroscopic anisotropy in rolled aluminum-lithium sheet

摘要
In this study, the macroscopic anisotropy of an Al-Li alloy sheet exhibiting a texture gradient through the thickness direction was experimentally measured and theoretically predicted using the Taylor and visco-plastic, self-consistent (VPSC) models. While the Taylor model overestimated r-values, it underestimated normalized yield stress. VPSC model results were in good agreement with experimental results.
