This study retrospectively assesses the evolution of in-hospital results of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in 2 cohorts of patients with multivessel coronary artery disease (CAD) treated from 1990 to 1991 and from 1994 to 1995 in the same center.
