Automated structure determination of proteins by NMR spectroscopy

摘要
The use of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy for automated structure determination of proteins was discussed. NMR spectroscopy enables to perform in solution under nearly physiological conditions and dynamic properties can be studied in detail. It was suggested that computer program permits intervention at any step in the automated analysis to allow structural and spectroscopic information to be included from other sources. Various aspects of the evaluation process should also be supervised using the computer program.
