摘要
The background and current status of imaging techniques for approach on biological nitric oxide (NO) are reviewed, with emphasis on the imaging techniques that utilize electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrometry and fluorometry. Such techniques represent an extension of the cumulative knowledge and progress in analytical techniques for other bioactive components, such as reactive oxygen species (ROS) and calcium ion. The review is intended to encourage the development of the bioimaging based on other techniques.
