摘要：

The advances in the analysis of grain boundary (GB) diffusion measurements are reviewed. In a first part, emphasis is put on the effect of i) GB orientation and impurities at the ppm level on Db values and ii) moving GBs and non linear segregation effects on the shape of diffusion profiles. In a second part, we summarise recent data on GB diffusion in intermetallic compounds, analyse their specificity and show their interest to quantify the role of GBs during reactive diffusion.
