摘要
In this study, plasma source ion nitriding into 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel was used to investigate the effects of formation of ε′N martensite and εN phase on the corrosion resistance of the nitrided stainless steel. Based on the results, the properties of ε′N martensite were clarified.
