摘要
A novel violet pigment, rosacyanin B, was isolated from the petals of Rosa hybrida cv. 'M'me Violet', and its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods. rosacyanin B is the first C-4 substituted anthocyanidin isolated from intact plants. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
