摘要
Sorbic anhydride, the acid anhydride form of sorbic acid was incorporated into polyethylene films The incorporation was confirmed by FT-IR spectra and by recovery of sorbic acid from pH 3.5 buffer and potato dextrose agar after the resulting films were suspended in the buffer solutions or contacted with the media. The inhibitory effect of the films against fungal growth was also demonstrated.
