摘要：

Several applications of capillary electrophoresis using laser-induced fluorescence or indirect UV detection were realised in biological sciences: analysis of ribonucleic acid involved in atherosclerosis, amino acids and biogenic amines in serae or cerebrospinal fluids, anthracycline in tumors and the analysis of organic acids for bacterial taxonomy.
