摘要
The introduction to the application of H-1 MR spectroscopy for clinical and research studies of mesial temporal and extratemporal epilepsies is done. The techniques of single voxel and spectroscopic imaging are discussed and the analysis of H-1 MR spectra together with basic metabolic descriptions is presented. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
