摘要：

The addition of guanidine to the bis-alpha,beta-unsaturated ketone 17 is reported, leading to the formation of the tricyclic guanidine 18, the left hand portion of the naturally occurring alkaloid batzelladine F. Nmr evidence is given which casts doubt upon the assignment of the relative stereochemistry of this metabolite. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
