Green up-conversion emission in Er3+-doped LiNbO3 ion-implanted planar waveguides

摘要
In this work, the green up-conversion emission in LiNbO3:Er3+ ion-implanted planar waveguides under near IR pumping (750-1000 nm) was studied. Three excitation regions were observed, Two of them correspond to resonant two-photon processes, while the third one seems to be due to an avalanche process.
