摘要：

Studies on the respective roles of laparoscopic surgery and IVF in infertile patients with endometriosis and endetriomas are difficult to perform. Appropriate patient management is complex and requires a sophisticated understanding of individualized evidence based decision making, surgical judgement and technical skills for laparoscopy, and thoughtful utilization of IVF technologies.
