摘要:
An efficient synthesis of substituted quinazolin-4(3H)-ones by a one-pot ligand-free Cul-catalyzed coupling/condensative cyclization under mild conditions is described. Our study provides an alternative strategy for the preparation of biologically active quinazolin-4(3H)-ones.
