摘要
Tunneling conductance spectra in normal metal / insulator / triplet superconductor junctions are theoretically investigated. For the triplet paring states, we select several kinds of the sym metries which are promising candidates for the superconducting states of UPt3 and Sr2RuO4. We present a conductance formula that can treat spatially varying pair potential with arbitrary barrier height cases. In order to analyze realistic situations, the pair potentials are determined self-consistently using the quasi-classical Green's function method. It is shown that the pair potentials exhibit diverse spatial dependences near the insulator. The conductance spectra show zero-bias conductance peaks as well as gap structures depending on the junction orientation, which qualitatively agrees with our previous calculation where the pair potentials are assumed to be spatially constant. The agreement implies an insensitive nature of the tunneling conductance spectra on the detailed spatial profile of the pair potential.
