摘要：

The synthesis of a series trianglimine macrocycles is described using a [3+3] cyclocondensation strategy between a 1,2-diamine and an aromatic dicarboxaldehyde. The novel compounds have been prepared in enantiomerically pure form and their ring sizes range from 30 to 42. (C) 2002 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
