Structural and electrical properties of (Pb1-xCax)(Li1/4La1/4W1/2)O3

摘要
The polycrystalline samples of (Pb1-xCax)(Li1/4La1/4W1/2)O-3, x = 0.00, 0.03, 0.07, 0.10, belonging to perovskite oxide ferroelectrics, were prepared by a solid-state reaction technique. Preliminary X-ray analysis of these compounds proved the formation of single-phase good quality compounds. Detailed studies of dielectric constant and loss, both as function of temperature and frequency, suggest that the Ca2+ ion has a major effect on the dielectric behaviour of the said compounds. Measurement of de resistivity as a function of both temperature and bias electric field shows that the compounds have negative temperature coefficients of resistance (NTCR) above 373 K.
