This paper discusses the experimental equipment used to produce iron micro-spheres in argon plasma jet. Micro-spheres with an average diameter (d) over bar = 25.11 mum, and S.D. sigma = 21.46 mum were obtained. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
