摘要：

The serine/threonine kinase GSK3 is known to negatively regulate Wnt/beta-catenin signaling, keeping downstream targets off in unstimulated cells. New studies have now unveiled an additional, positive role for GSK3 in Wnt signaling, as well as a new role for a second kinase, CK1 gamma.
