摘要：

A simple and readily available method of estimating coronary flow velocity reserve may have significant clinical value. With use of intracoronary adenosine we documented a very good correlation between coronary flow reserve values obtained with the Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infaction trial frame count method and the invasive Doppler wire (Flowire) technique.
