The stereochemistry of the ingol diterpene 3,12-di-O-acetyl-8-O-tigloyl-ingol (1), isolated from the latex of Euphorbia lactea, was determined by one- and two-dimensional NMR analysis. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
