摘要
Much has been written about the favourable impact on the body of moderate consumption of red wine. Critical assessment of the literature, however, indicates that beer appears to be just as beneficial in countering diseases such as coronary heart disease. Additionally beer can make a substantial contribution to the diet in respect of certain B vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and perhaps fiber. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Inc. All rights reserved.
