摘要
The 16-e(-) (eta(3)-allyl)-ruthenium(II) complex [Ru(eta(3)-2-C3H4Me)(CO)(dppf)][SbF6] is an efficient catalyst for the regioselective isomerization of terminal propargylic alcohols HC (CCRR2)-R-1(OH) into alpha,beta-unsaturated aldehydes (RRC)-R-1-C-2=CHCHO or ketones (RRC)-R-3-C-4=C(R-1)COMe (if R-2 = (CHRR4)-R-3) under mild conditions. This complex has been also used as catalyst for the preparation of conjugated 1,3-enynes via dehydration of propargylic alcohols.
