摘要
The addition reaction of Het-H bonds (Het=N, O, S, Se, P) to alkynes allows straightforward preparation of a wide variety of functionalized unsaturated compounds used as intermediates in synthetic organic chemistry, or in medicinal chemistry. This reaction also exhibits high atom efficiency, which simplifies the reaction mixture and thus minimizes the economic cost of the process. Among the available noncatalytic reactions to effect the title reaction, the transition-metal-catalyzed methodologies represent the best choice because of their high efficiency, generally involving milder reaction conditions and exhibiting higher selectivities.
