A new aminophosphine ligand containing axial and planar chiral elements

摘要
Synthesis and X-ray structure analyses of the chiral aminophosphine ligand 2a, accessible via diastereoselective ortho-lithiation of aminoferrocene 5, and of its cationic 1,3-diphenyl-pi-allyl palladium complex 6 are reported. Its application in asymmetric allylic alkylation reactions showed asymmetric inductions of up to 71%. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
