Comparison of photocatalytic properties of a batch reactor with those of a flow reactor in a nearly controlled mass transport region

摘要
The correlation between the photocatalytic properties of a batch reactor and those of a flow reactor was investigated. The photocatalytic properties were evaluated using the amount of H2S removed from the gas phase by the TiO2 photocatalytic reaction for both systems. When the reaction was nearly controlled by mass transport, we clarified that the data in the flow system were estimated from those in a batch system by taking account of several reaction conditions (volume, light-irradiated area and reactor type).
