摘要
The use of Y-type silicon microchannel reactor for the synthesis of C 60 nanowhiskers (NWs), using a liquid-liquid interfacial precipitation method, was discussed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), and a high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) at 400 kV was used to characterize the sample NWs. It was observed that the C60 NWs had a length of of 200 μm and a thickness of 2 μm. It was also observed from the HRTEM and a selected area electron diffraction patterns (SAEDP) that NWs showed a lattice parameters of 1.411 ± 0.024 nm, and inter-planar distance of 0.81 nm.
