摘要
(Graph Presented) Reading a library without opening the books: It is possible to obtain most host-guest binding affinities, even in libraries of more than 30 components, directly from library product distributions by using a numerical data-fitting procedure. With this technique, it is not necessary to isolate any individual library members or measure binding constants. © 2007 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
