An RNA dot blot technique is described which uses digoxigenin-labeled antisense RNA probes and a highly-sensitive chemiluminescent substrate. Detection is extremely rapid: 10 a for even low abundance mRNA. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. Al rights reserved.
