摘要
Applications of scanning force microscopy operating in dynamic modes on various self-organized organic assemblies are summarized. The structure and the composition of some layered systems, for example monolayers prepared by the LB technique, can be externally controlled. Such systems provide models to understand the image contrast of SFM in different dynamic modes. On the other hand, choosing correct imaging modes will help to avoid artifacts induced by the scanning tip and give the correct information about structure, morphology, and surface properties.
