摘要
The synthesis, chemical and photochemical properties of cis-[Ru-II(bpy)(2)L(NO0)](PF6)(2) (L = pyridine, 4-picoline or 4-acetylpyridine) in physiological solution are reported. The photolysis in the visible region of cis-[Ru-II(bpy)(2)(4-pic)(NO0)](2+) produces nitric oxide and cis-[Ru-II(bpy)(2)(4-pic)(H2O)](2+), suggesting the possibility to use such nitrosyl ruthenium complexes photochemically in therapy.
