摘要：

UV spectroscopy of trapped polyanions of different variants of angiotensin peptides and of different charge states of insulin are presented. The spectra show bathochromic shifts and provide a direct determination of the ionization state of the tyrosine chromophores in gas-phase peptides or proteins.
