摘要
Thiophene-3-acetic acid (T3A) and 3-methylthiophene (3MT) were electrochemically copolymerized. Glucose oxidase (GOD) was immobilized on resulting copolymer film by condensation reaction of GOD with carboxyl groups on copolymer film. Amperometric response to glucose was determined using the GOD-immobilized T3A-3MT copolymer film as a glucose sensing electrode.
