Velocities of longitudinal and transverse acoustic waves were measured for the first tints in disordered cross-linked layered structures obtained by static thermobaric treatment of C-60 powder at pressures P = 8-11 GPa and temperatures up to T = 1650 K. Elastic constants are evaluated and compared with known data for other superhard and ultrahard fullerites. polycrystalline and monocrystal diamonds, graphite and pristine C-60.
