Ionic conductivities of apatite-type LaX(GeO4)6O1.5X-12 (X=8-9.33) polycrystals

摘要
The ionic conductivities of apatite-type polycrystals of the form Lax(GeO4)6O1.5X-12 were studied. The reports were compared with those obtained for LaXGe6O1.5X-12 (X=10). It was found that the sintering temperatures of the systems were about 200° lower than the corresponding La-Si systems. The conductivities of La9.33(GeO4)6O2 were found to be lower than the corresponding La-Si system of La10Si6O27.
