摘要：

Results of a 30-patient pilot study of a recently developed percutaneous myocardial revascularization approach are described. The feasibility and positive safety profile of percutaneous myocardial revascularization an clearly demonstrated, with no mortality associated with the treatment or in the immediate posttreatment period and an incidence of only 1 major complication.
