Energy dissipation in the pendulum mode of the test mass suspension of a gravitational wave antenna

摘要
The results of measurements of the relaxation time of an all-fused silica massive pendulum are presented. The relaxation time obtained was approximate to 3 years, which corresponds to a quality factor Q = 1 x 10(8).
